1. Cashout & Withdrawal Policy

Users who achieve the platform minimum cashout threshold (default: $5.00 or 5,000 Coins) may submit an instant withdrawal request to authorized payment methods:

• Supported Gateways: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, PayPal, USDT (TRC-20 / BEP-20), and Direct Bank Transfer.
• Processing Timelines: Standard cashouts are audited and fulfilled within 1 to 24 business hours. VIP members enjoy priority express queue processing within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing correct account phone numbers or wallet addresses. Transactions sent to incorrect user-provided numbers cannot be recalled.

2. Deposits & Advertiser Orders

Advertisers and sponsors may deposit funds to launch banner campaigns, rewarded video tasks, or promoted quizzes. All advertiser deposits are credited once the transaction ID (TrxID) is verified on our backend ledger.

3. Refund Requests & Disputes

Purchases of VIP Passes or activated advertising campaigns are generally non-refundable once services or bonus coins have been credited. In the event of duplicate billing or technical malfunction, users may open an in-app dispute ticket or email our financial department at Support@quizcashs.com within 72 hours for an immediate audit and reimbursement.
